kind staff ipad controls
I found the staff to be genuinely kind. the ipad controls for the room were amazing. Adjusting the lights and blinds was very easy (it reminded me of a small luxury!).

fantastic location modern room addition low heating complicated tablet
the location was fantastic. the rooms were modern and clean. i loved the ipad to control the lights and blinds. it was a great addition
unfortunately, i was disappointed with the heating in the room. it was very cold. the room didn't heat up to an appropriate temperature. the tablet to control all the tech in the room is over complicated. the lights turned off unexpectedly

i found the staff consistently helpful and friendly. the breakfast provided a wide variety of options , ensuring a satisfying start to the day. i liked the central location , allowing easy access to main attractions.
the control tablet experienced a slight delay when adjusting the room settings.

Fantastic staff and great location
attentive staff room control
The staff was super attentive. The room reminded me of home, also made easier by the room being controlled through the ipad. I felt okay all time in the hotel (it is a 10 minute walking distance from the center!).

Fantastic Stay! Superb Location
central location friendly staff climate control
I stayed at this hotel and the location was super central. It's close to shopping, restaurants, and main attractions. The staff were always friendly. The rooms include climate control, and this was very helpful.
The room was smaller than I anticipated, feel a bit cramped. I found that the bathroom lights needed the iPad to operate. This made it hard to switch them on in the night.

The lobby features a bar, café, restaurant, and work area, providing spaces for relaxation and productivity. There is also a lounge area, and I found the gym had three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and free weights.

The room includes blackout curtains and day curtains, giving great light control, so good. An easy to use iPad controls the AC, lighting, and TV and there is a desk area, which helps to get work done.

The staff was warm and cute and they made sure I had everything I needed. Staff are always available to assist with requests and directions, really beneficial. The staff were very quick to help and are always on hand.

Breakfast includes pastries, fruit, yogurt, and hot dishes. What a selection! The café provides coffee, tea, and snacks throughout the day, and the restaurant offers lunch and dinner with a variety of options.

small room difficult air conditioning
the staff was efficient the check-in process was quick.
the room was quite small. the window did not open for fresh air. the air conditioning was difficult to regulate maintaining a comfortable temperature proved challenging. i expected better climate control.
